YOUR FLIGHT
Begins as close to dawn as possible so you may enjoy Arizona's beautiful sunrises. We also offer sunset flights (Nov.- Mar). We encourage sunrise flights as the weather and winds are more predictable and are less-likely to be cancelled. Flights are from 45-90 minutes long and are completely dependent on the weather. You will float gently over our Sonoran Desert where you will get a glimpse of Arizona's wildlife, cactus and flora. You will fly at altitudes of as low as 2-3 feet to as high as 5-6000 feet as your pilot "works the winds" for the best flight. Upon landing you will be treated to a champagne toast and continental breakfast (or sunset picnic November - March) You will also receive a flight certificate commemorating your flight. Please allow 3-4 hours for your adventure.

YOUR SAFETY
Your safety is our primary concern and we pride ourselves on our impeccable safety record. Our pilots are FAA certified commercial pilots with many years of flying experience. Our crewmembers also have years of ballooning experience and are there to attend to your needs. By following instructions from your pilot and crew, your balloon adventure will be a safe and unforgettable experience.

YOUR CLOTHING
Dress comfortably and appropriately for the season (long pants or shorts recommended). Hats are recommended to ward off the hot Arizona summer sun. They also provide protection from the radiant heat given off by the balloon's burners both in summer and winter. The air temperature does not change significantly when we fly, so what is appropriate on the ground is OK in flight. Sneakers, hiking boots, walking shoes, or equivalent will protect you from the desert hazards such as cactus, rocks, etc. (PLEASE. NO OPEN-TOED OR HIGH-HEELED SHOES).  For the ladies, dresses or skirts are discouraged as they will make it difficult to get into the balloon basket with dignity.

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
Advance reservations are required. However, depending on the season, you may be able to book a flight the day before. If you need to cancel your reservation, PLEASE NOTIFY US 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT DATE so we may refund your payment. A refund of 50% is available with 24 hours notice. NO REFUND WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE  as it does not give us time to re-book your canceled reservation.  A full refund is available for flights cancelled for any reason by Adventures Aloft, LLC. ALL FLIGHTS ARE DEPENDENT ON WEATHER CONDITIONS AND PILOT DISCRETION.
